Preserve Your Memories from Anywhere—Mail Them In!

Secure, simple, and guided process for digitizing your precious memories

How the Mail-In Process Works

1️⃣ Pre-Shipping Instructions

📦 Pack photos, media, and documents safely using protective sleeves and padding. Use standard boxes (recommended under 40 lbs per box).

2️⃣ Shipping and Intake

🚚 Ship via UPS with tracking. Upon arrival, items are logged, assigned custody tracking, and you receive confirmation.

3️⃣ Item and Verification

🔍 Items are inspected for condition and completeness. We confirm what will be digitized or preserved and record labeling or story notes.

4️⃣ Digitization and Handling

🧤 Photos, video, audio, and documents are professionally digitized. Fragile items are handled with gloves and protective equipment. Chain of custody is maintained throughout.

5️⃣ Digitization and Handling

✅ Files are reviewed for accuracy and clarity. Optional previews and adjustments are provided when applicable.

6️⃣ Return or Delivery

📬 Original materials are carefully repackaged and shipped back. Digital files are delivered via cloud, USB, or agreed format with a final inventory summary.

7️⃣ Follow-Up & Interactive Story Projects 🌱

  • Optional organization, labeling, and interactive storytelling projects can be added. These allow families to engage with preserved memories in meaningful ways.

  • Memory Stories: Short narratives tied to photos or recordings, optionally interactive with annotations or voice notes.

  • Legacy Compilation: Organized collections that can include interactive timelines or multimedia galleries.

  • Memorial Tributes: Thoughtful remembrances honoring a life or pet, with optional interactive features for family sharing.

  • Story services are optional and can be added before, during, or after preservation.

🌱 Optional organization, labeling, or legacy and memorial projects are available. Ongoing guidance supports long-term preservation.
